Naples chamber publication wins award

The Florida Association of Chamber Professionals has presented the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce with the 2009 Outstanding Communications Awards in the category of Tourism/Visitor Guide. The award is in recognition of the 2009 edition of “Naples on the Gulf,” the chamber’s official visitors and relocation guide. The annual publication is distributed through the chamber’s visitor centers, at key locations throughout Collier County and in the chamber’s visitor and relocation packet.

“Naples on the Gulf” is produced in partnership with Gulfshore Media/ CurtCo Publishing.

The chamber also received an Outstanding Communications Award in the category of Online Membership Directory. An integral part of the chamber’s Web site, www.napleschamber. org, the directory is searchable by business category, name and keyword. Each chamber member has its own listing with contact information, a link to its company Web site and a business description.
