LUMLEY Tara Lumley has been named pastry chef for Sassy Cakes Inc., a Naples-based company that specializes in cupcakes. Ms. Lumley graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with a degree in baking and pastry arts. After working at Main Street Catering in Princeton, N.J., she joined The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, where she was named a five-star employee and eventually ran the pastry department. In February 2009, her work was featured on the cover of Gulfshore Life magazine’s “Best Dishes in Town” issue.
