Tara O’Neill, whose City Lights is shown above, is one of more than a dozen Marco Island artists who have opened The Artist Colony at the Esplanade, a collection of working studios in the center at 940-960 Collier Blvd. on Marco Island. A grand opening celebration is set for 5-8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12. Regular hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday and Friday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
