Take your favorite four-legged friend to PetSmart at Pine Ridge and Airport-Pulling roads for a photo with Santa from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 18-19. A donation of $10.95 will benefit Volunteer Services for Animals. Full Story

Collier County Domestic Animal Services’ adoption fees for dogs are $85 and for cats, $60. The fee includes sterilization surgery, vaccinations, pet license, ID microchip and a bag of food.
