ArtsNaples festival will celebrate all things Russian

The ArtsNaples World Festival, coming May 12-18, has launched www.artsnaplesworldfestival.org, a website with the complete schedule as well as details about artists and performers and ticket information.

The festival is shaping up to be an extravaganza for the senses, with dozens of eclectic shows and performances including guest instrumentalists, conductors, vocalists, artists, repertoire, theater, film, fashion, jazz, education, literature, history and cuisine — all focusing on Russia. At venues from downtown Naples to Immokalee, guests will immerse themselves in indigenous Russian art forms.

His Excellency, Sergey I. Kislyak, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the United States of America, will serve as the inaugural festival’s honorary chair.
