With two Phase II residences available for purchase at Naples Square, homebuyers continue to be captivated by The Ronto Group’s three furnished Phase II models that showcase interior designs by three of Naples’ finest interior designers. Sales associates are available for model tours at the Sales Gallery at 100 South Goodlette-Frank Road or at the Model Center at 1030 3rd Avenue South, #101, both of which are open daily.

Naples Square is being developed by Ronto at the corner of 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. The community’s walkable lifestyle is bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting 5th Avenue to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via 3rd Avenue South. Phase III construction is expected to commence in the 4th quarter of 2017. Eight Phase III floor plans range from 1,460 to 3,238 square feet under air and are base-priced from $695,000. The one and two story, two and three bedroom plus den plans include spacious living areas and open-air terraces. Ronto has announced plans for the Shoppes at Naples Square are actively being developed. The project will be a combination of retail and restaurant space on the eastern edge of Naples Square and will complete Naples Square’s walkable lifestyle. Ronto anticipates retail openings in 2019.

The Phase II Ballard model features an interior by Robb & Stucky’s Susan J. Bleda, ASID and interior designer Rachelle Porco. The Ballard plan offers a total of 1,732 square feet of living space, including an open-air balcony. The plan includes two bedrooms, two baths, a den, a great room, and an island kitchen. The great room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom all open to the balcony.

Twilight is the inspiration for the Ballard model where the designers have created a magical ambiance by using clear materials like glass and Lucite, reflective surfaces of polished chrome and silver metal, and soft white background colors with accents of soft periwinkle blue, grayed lavender and silver. The foyer features a flooring inset of circular tiles outlined by shining metal strips. The main flooring is Carrera-look white porcelain tile with gray accents. A modern chandelier with shards of clear glass in a polished chrome frame features industrial look exposed light bulbs. A polished chrome and marble console table is accompanied by a mirror with a silver frame.

The great room opens to the balcony and features a media wall with a linear stainless steel surround fireplace and a television mounted above. The media wall is faux-finished with subtle silver striations designed to evoke the design’s quiet water theme. Flanking the media wall are two long contemporary art pieces. A soft white leather sofa is accented with textured periwinkle blue throw pillows. Two round pure white side tables sit beside the sofa and host polished chrome lamps. A chrome and glass cocktail table and two acrylic side chairs with cushions upholstered in a periwinkle fabric complete the seating area. Ceiling design details create definition between the great room and dining areas. Flowing side panels in a silver fabric add a bit of city chic to the windows.

The dining area is centered on a wall boasting an abstract painting in tones of bright white, silver, and hints of periwinkle. The contemporary Parsons-style dining table features a white quartz top and stainless steel legs. White leather dining chairs with acrylic legs surround the table.

White shaker style cabinetry is featured in the open kitchen and complemented with a sunset-toned backsplash done in pale lavender and gray glass tiles. Countertops on both the perimeter and the island are finished with white quartz with speckled gray accents. Triangular chrome and glass pendants hang above the island and are illuminated with Edison bulbs. Polished chrome counter stools topped with shimmery silver leather easily pull up to the island for casual entertaining.

The study features a built-in desk/shelf with white shaker style cabinetry underneath for storage. This wall also functions as a media wall and includes a wall-mounted television. A sand colored textured wall covering sparkles with abstract shapes in silver and gold tones. The silver fabric on a sleeper sofa is accented with periwinkle blue pillows and sits on a textured white area rug. Two tripod-shaped end tables with silver bases flank the sofa and two ottomans with transparent acrylic bases are topped with cushions in a periwinkle blue fabric. A silver drum chandelier hangs above.

Silver and white tones continue into the carpeted owner’s bedroom where a white wood-framed king bed features white linen upholstered panels on the headboard and footboard and an additional panel of silver fabric accenting the top of the headboard. White lacquered nightstands with stainless steel legs and contemporary hardware face a matching console with a textured white lacquer front. Two silver framed mirrors are hung above the nightstands. The suite opens onto the spacious terrace.

In the master bath, white shaker style cabinetry is used on the double vanity and is accented with silver hardware and matching mirrors. Sandy-toned quartz countertops and a geometric patterned backsplash in polished white stone and silvery glass also appear as a decorative detail in the shower. A wall covering in silver and white has splashes of shining glass beads running throughout to provide a touch of chic glamour.

The balcony features two areas for entertaining and relaxing. A white square dining table with brushed aluminum legs seats four on white sling dining chairs. A modern white chaise is paired with a metallic garden stool for private sunset cocktails.
