Soukup Strategic Solutions announced that Lou Traina Ed.D. has joined the firm in the role of senior consultant as part of an expansion plan. Mr. Traina will use his extensive background in fundraising and organizational leadership to help nonprofit leaders maximize their impact and realize their vision for the nonprofit organizations they serve. He has served as the Vice President Emeritus of Institutional Advancement at Florida Southwestern State College and the FSW Foundation executive director. The Association of Fundraising Professionals named him the fundraising executive of the year in 2013.

First Florida Integrity Bank announced Heather Tice has been promoted to senior vice president – director of marketing. Ms. Tice has 12 years of experience in the banking industry and 20 years of experience in marketing. She joined First Florida Integrity Bank as AVP-Director of Marketing in 2008. Previously, Ms. Tice was project manager for two boutique-marketing firms in Los Angeles. She is president of the board for the bank’s charitable foundation, FNBGC Charitable Foundation, and is president of the board of Ricky King Children’s Fund and board member for Gargiulo Education Center.

Wilderness Country Club announced the appointment of Kevin Harris as food and beverage director. He is responsible for directing all country club food and beverage operations, developing innovative ideas and menus, budgeting and strategic planning. He has nearly 30 years of food and beverage experience, including several clubs in Southwest Florida. Most recently, he was director of food and beverage for Countryside Golf & Country Club in Naples and served as food and beverage manager for The Colony Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs. He also previously worked at Gateway Golf and Country Club in Fort Myers and Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa.
